Rates and Reservations

Reservations: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit, with the balance due 30 days before arrival date, plus a refundable $200  security/ damage deposit. 

Cancellation Policy: Rental fee is refundable 100% minus $100, if alternate guests are booked.  Maximum guests 2 adults plus small child.

Rates: $1,600 / week for 1-2 persons plus 6% government hotel/room tax.       

 
Things to bring with you

Proof of Citizenship: A passport must be shown to Bahamas Immigration to enter the Bahamas.

Special Articles: Bring all prescription drugs or medications used, sunscreens in varying
strengths, insect repellant.  The local stores have a limited and pricey selection.

Beach Gear: Bring Beach towels, your own snorkeling, scuba and/or fishing gear.  Diving & fishing equipment can also be rented locally.

Clothing: Casual clothes and swimsuits are the order of life here.
